Q. How much do you charge for a video production?

A. Pricing all boils down to your budget and length of project. We price the way we do because of different factors that are considered during the creation process. From time spent on set filming all the way to the hours spent in front of the monitors editing your project. There is never a set price for anything.

Q. What’s your turn-around time?

A. The way we complete projects is broken into categories. Photos and videos. Photos are generally finished and delivered within the same day, regardless of type of content. Videos vary depending on the length of project and budget. In general, projects are completed in various amounts of time but we guarantee a quick turn-around time.

Q. What is the refund policy?

A. All projects are non-refundable. Changes may be requested for a project, but payments are final.

Q. How do I pay for my projects?

A. An invoice will be sent to you once the project is finished. We accept payments such as ACH, card, Venmo, and checks.

Q. Will you share my strategies with other realtors?

A. Absolutely not! We understand that everyone is working in a competitive market, and will not disclose any information regarding your marketing strategy.
